Orders

When we receive your order we shall send a confirmation to you by e-mail. This confirmation forms the contract between us. We have to do this because our web site is not so sophisticated that it will automatically remove sold items. It is very unlikely that another person will buy the same item at the same time but it is a possibility. In the unlikely event that this happens then of course we shall contact you.

Returns  

If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, just return it to us & we will reimburse you the full cost of the item/s minus post & packaging.  But please email us first & see if we can help!

Jewellery   

All pendants are supplied on marked 16" or 18" sterling silver snake chains, with silver plated bails.  Similarly, ear studs are on sterling silver findings and drop earrings have plated bails with sterling silver hooks.  All measurements are as accurate as we can make it.

Chains and ribbons

Although we supply the pendants on chains we do hold a stock of pretty satin or organza ribbons and cords so we may be able to match your choice of pendant to these, if you prefer, and as we can make them to any length you can specify this too.  Just add this to your order comments

Sterling Silver

Sterling silver is marked 925, which means it contains 92.5% of pure silver. The other 7.5% is a mix of other metals which gives the silver strength.  Over time sterling silver can tarnish so use a silver polish cloth to restore it's shine if this bothers you.

Colours 

We have tried to photograph items as accurately as possible, but colours in the dichroic glass in particular is very hard to capture.  And please also be aware that colours of actual items may differ slightly from onscreen colours, because monitor settings vary.
